The UTR App is a complimentary, secure platform accessible to active duty service members, veterans, and their families who complete registration via Troop ID on ID.me.

For three decades, United Through Reading has facilitated shared reading experiences for service members, transcending physical separation caused by military responsibilities through over 200 recording sites globally.
